Why I built this
I spent 11+ years in consulting, financial services, and MNC operations, watching companies make expensive assumptions about China. They'd see Chinese brands moving fast, Chinese consumers evolving faster, Chinese investors hunting overseas deals... and they'd either freeze or fumble.
The problem wasn't lack of information. It was lack of understanding.
So I built Lustre and started breaking down the business logic publicly. The response was clear: people wanted more depth. More evidence. More frameworks they could actually use.
